Hello from a first time poster to the Mess Hall. I thought these were interesting add-ons described at http://slice.seriouseats.com/archiv...-the-ultimate-home-pizza-setup.html?ref=title Seems to me that, depending on the $, cast iron griddles could replace the Baking Steel. I have a rotisserie attachment for the Kettle that includes an extra ring; if I could find someone to place a door in the side of that ring I might give it a go. What do you think?
