Trying to find the Super plantinum blue star blades

So I am trying to figure out who makes the blades that are wrapped in a paper that say Super Platinum and have blue stars.
In this thread (http://badgerandblade.com/vb/showthread.php?t=51858) they say they are the Crystal blades but I bought a pack of 100 from westcoast shaving and they are different blades then I had in the sampler pack that had the paper wrapping with blue stars. The ones I got have the same blister pack look as what is in that thread but the blades are in a plastic dispenser and made in the USA and don't feel like they shave as well as the Israeli blades with the blue stars.

Does anyone know where I could find the Israeli blades with the blue star wrapping and what brand they are sold under?

Search ebay for personna blade. You will see a number of sellers with the exact packaging you are looking for. The ones marked as israeli platinum in the box also have the blue packaging.

That said, I am positive the crystals I got from WCS were the same as the blue package blades you are looking for.
