Does anyone know who makes the T&H brushes, and does anyone have any experience with them?

Rooney and Vulfix.
There have been many posts by users of both that say the T&H brushes are the same as the originals.
I purchased a T&H Silvertip Badger Style I Small, Ivory Horn about two months ago and it has been wonderful. It performed great right from the get go.
