It is. I like the single malt expression that has matured in sherry barrels. You can get that sweet sherry aroma as soon as you open the bottle and the taste has elements of fruit cake in it.

Another fan here.
I like Jameson but I have to finish off my bottles of Tullermore DEW and Bushmills Black so I can stock up again. There's no more room in my cabinet!

Not a bad spirit at all. I implore you, try Powers next. 
I've been a fan of Jameson for a while now.
As a boy, I took a terrible oath never to drink Bushmills. Fortunately there are plenty of others not covered by that pledge. Still, I sometimes wonder about what I'd do if I were shipwrecked on a barren island with only a case of Bushmills. That would be like a lost chapter from the book of Job.
Bushmills 10 year single malts tastes very similar to Bushmills Black. So, if you like Bushmills Black, the single will taste good to you as well.
I prefer Bushmills over Jameson as well.
