Treating irritation with stubble.

So, lets say the last time you shaved you got some irritation. Now, this has happened to me. If I put Afta on my skin or Nivea or whatever else, will it help or does the hair somehow get in the way? Call this a crazy question, but I'm just wondering if I'm wasting product is all.

I'm sorry, I'm not sure I understand the question. What hair are you talking about being in the way after you shave? Or do you mean after going a couple days without shaving because of the irritation? In any case, I suspect that as long as the product reaches the skin, it should help. (In other words, unless you have a very thick, matted beard, it should work fine.)

You got it! Essentially, there is a small amount of hair and you use a lotion to treat it.

??????

If you can feel the coolness of the lotion, the hair is not getting in the way.
If you have a beard like Teen Wolf and are applying it to the surface.... ya, that's wasting product.
