Now that the second generation of the Tradere OC has been on the market for awhile, what is the feeling on the OC vs the SB version in terms of comfort and agressiveness. I had the first generation oC and found it was far too agressive for me. I have an iKon OSS and the open comb side is a good fit for me. If you have used both, which do you recommend, if either? I want something that would work similar to a Weber or the OSS if that's possible. Thanks. I'd like to try another open comb and have read that some feel the OC is less agressive than the SB.

I tried the Tradere SB, 1st gen OC, and 2nd gen OC. I love them all. But I would not say that the OC is less aggressive than the SB. Indeed, I think that the reverse is true. And the 2nd gen OC is very similar to the 1st gen. The former is very slightly less aggressive than the latter, but still very similar.

I used to have a second gen Tradere OC, it was noticably more aggressive than my Weber, and I ended up selling it. It was a beautiful razor but ultimately I couldn't get on with it.
I now have an iKon Deluxe OC, for me it's slightly more aggressive than the Weber (but close) and a lot easier to use than the Tradere. I don't know how it compares to the OSS.

How do you tell the difference in 1st and 2nd gen Tradere OC?
Tradere razors have serial numbers. The 1st generation OC ends at 207.
