Top Moisturizing Soaps

So winter is here and my poor face is starting to suffer as a result of cycling in the elements. I do use a moisturizer occasionally, but I'm keen to use the most moisturizing soap I can. Early on I heard great things about MWF being very moisturizing. I'm a proud member of The Cult of Palmolive and believe it to be as good if not better. What soaps do you consider the be the best at avoiding that tight feeling and keeping skin happy through the winter months?

You mentioned it - the Fat. I also find Cella to be VERY kind on my skin - may be the minimalist ingredients list...

Mike's leaves my face very well moisturized for the whole day. It is a fantastic soap in all the other aspects as well.

I have in my shave den Mike's, QCS, Mystic Water, RR King Louis, Palmolive, but for me the one that provides the most moisturizing benefits is Institut Karite in the black and white box. It is a triple milled non-tallow soap made in France. As good as all these soaps are in providing moisturizing benefits it sounds like you need a good aftershave moisturizing lotion or balm especially if the winter dries your skin even more.
