Todays Find

I got this today I personally think it is beautiful. The case is in ok shape and the razor is in great shape the date code on it is A2 is it an Aristocrat?

EDIT: Just found one just like it that says it is a Diplomat

Its a 1955 Diplomat, nice find

For my money, the Diplomat/President is the best shaver Gillette made. Good find.

Do you plan on using it? its basically the same razor as a President except in gold rather then silver.
I find them to be too mild for my taste, as I prefer an aggressive razor

I think that I am going to sell it I to like more aggressive razors I just did not want it to set on the shelf that it was on it would be much nicer on someone that would enjoy its shelf

The SWMBO wants me to sell it so I am not going to keep it ( Just got a Futur and I am a full time student at the police academy so no time for a job) So what would be a good asking price for this? It does have very light scratches on the head and no brassing at all

Others will correct me please if I'm off the mark, but if the rest of the razor looks as nice, I would think the $60 to $75 range.
