To sell or not to sell....

Hey guys! I am trying to justify having multiple razors. Generally, I like one thing and I will tend to use that thing all of the time. So, now I have multiple brushes, but there is a purpose. For example, you would use one for travel, one for soaps and the other for creams. I have the Bakelite for travel, the Vision, and a Muhle Stylo which was newly acquired. I was thinking of selling my Vision. Would there be a legitimate reason to keep it amongst the other razors? I know a bunch of you have multiple razors. Besides the aspect of collecting, why would you own multiple razors? I love my Muhle and I don't know if I can part from my Vision. I was hoping to use the Vision to help pay for the hefty price of the Muhle Stylo. Thanks for your help guys! It is well needed. What a dilemma!

That's a great suggestion! I thought about keeping it for "wear and tear" purposes. They will both be in better condition if I do it that way. I am not sure how that African Blackwood handle will hold up over time.

Regarding your poll, is amongst a real word?

I have no idea about Muhle razors, but maybe the one that you are looking at isn't really as nice as the one you got. So buy the new one, even if it extends you a bit, try it, and then make a decision about which one you want to re-sell.

I think you should sell it. Why do you need it now that you have that Stylo? And you need to offset the cost of that baby a little bit.

I'm with you, by the way. I have a bunch of razors but now I only use one of them. I am probably going to sell off the rest pretty soon.

I just sold one of my high end, unused DE's last week. And the day after the money hit my paypal it went back out to Vintage Blades in creams. No regrets as I got some CF creams and balms that I would not have spent the money on otherwise. Just doing my small part to keep the economy moving.

I would keep a little longer and see if your opinion changes. Sometimes reasons appear from unexpected circumstances.
