Thoughts on ap shave co synbad?

Just purchased a faux horn beehive handle with a 24mm synbad knot from ap shave co. What are peoples thoughts/experiences with this knot?

I tried a 26mm Synbad. Super soft but overall too floppy for me as a face-latherer (in general).

Nice and soft but I wish it splayed easier.

I quite like the Synbad, mine is a 26mm knot. It has just a touch more backbone to it than the cashmere knot I have from AP. I don't care for super stiff brushes though and almost exclusively bowl lather.

I like it a lot. Now that I'm through my extreme backbone phase it's one of my favorite synthetics. Second only to the Timberwolf fan.

My favorite AP is the 2BED though.

I've tried the Yaqi's version of synbad knot and I wasn't a fan of it. Felt a bit stiff and poking on the face.

For me perfect face latherer if set low
