As far as the COST, it's the excessive penalty expense that Gillette in particular is getting away with charging that we've got a valid complaint against. If it happens that for some reason, those of us attracted to discussing this particular grooming aspect of our lives often turn out to have a pre-existing tendency to "collect" various things, then while we indulge that aspect of our personalities, we may spend a lot more than any potential savings. But Gillette won't be getting the money we spend, so we aren't being penalized for wanting to shave our whiskers.

ive learned that DE shaving will also lead to carpentry, in that once you start getting to much stuff to fit where you were putting it you start thinking...well i could build a bigger shelf that fills up that hole wall there THAT way ill have room for EVERYTHING!!

Are you using Marco's method on the soft soaps? You should be getting more lather than you'll know what to do with. Damn, you really like soft soaps!

And look on the bright side. You got all of that incredible haul, a couple's years worth of rich creamy shaves, for the price of one tub of Martin de Candre. Its also less than what many guys spend on one brush.

All those Razorocks would cost me at least $15 to buy down here.
Consider how fortunate you are.

If I wanted to buy new cutters for my cheap Philips electric razor, it would cost me $62 - which is cheaper than your total order by 11 cents.
