I was looking at the description of Edwin Jagger Best Badger Brushes on www.theenglishshavingcompany.com and this is what it says:

Made by Edwin Jagger, these excellent quality Imitation Ivory shaving brushes are hand made in Sheffield using selected polyester material and are all hand filled with best quality badger hair.

Where it says selected polyester material, is that talking about some of the hairs or is it talking about the handle?

Handle. Looks like ivory, but it's plastic.

The brush hair is Badger.
