Microfasteners, some hate 'em, some don't.
I like 'em!
Anyway, there might be a slight chance that they do unscrew & become loose after a while.
Of course you can then just tighten them again.
But if you don't want that there is always Loc-Tite or the smallest drop of super-glue.
Or...the old school solution.
Take a piece of beeswax or a beeswax candle and rub it against the threads of the protruding fastener before putting on the nut.
Screw the nut on, tighten & file/saw/bite the remaining threaded rod off.
Now take a small screwdriver & heat the tipe with a gas-flame.
When hot, press it against the nut for a few seconds.
The wax melts and gently secures everything. Will hold up for 100 years if necessary.
If you ever want to unscrew, just apply heat & the wax releases its grip.
