I was actually referring to delivery by Carmina.
Ha, ha! Five day delivery would be great.
From their e-boutique, here. The inventory seems to fluctuate rapidly - sizes for any given model come and go. New models show up occasionally.

I was pleasantly surprised sorely disappointed to discover a shoe boutique which stocked a large range of Carmina shoes in Paris last Sunday morning. Pleasantly surprised to find the store- sorely disappointed when I realised that it would open half an hour after I was due to meet friends at Le Louvre......
