I want to thank Bill Schmidt and Tony from the Golden Nip for their excellent service. Bill made an aluminum handle for a shaving brush and put one of Tony's knots in it. I used it for six weeks and it would loose at least a dozen hairs a day. I finally notified Tony of this problem and he immediately sent me a new knot. Being I'm ten thumbs and mess up any project I attempt, Bill offered to take out the old knot and install the new one. All of this was done at no charge to me. Thank you!!!
