Taylor of Old Bond Street Soaps?

Does anyone know if TOBS will be making more shaving soaps?

I notice I get a much better shave from soaps than I do with creams, but they don't have the soap scents I like.

My favs are Rose, Eton, and Lavender, but they only make Sandalwood (gag) and Lavender soaps I believe.

Anyone know if they'll be making more soaps?

Haven't got a clue if they'll be making other scents, but my TOBS Sandalwood puck is one of my faves. I'm terribly addicted to the scent, but YMMV obviously. Gives an excellent shave too.

Their website only lists Sandalwood and Lavendar, so it looks like thats all you can get.

They also make something called "Traditional", which I recall from a sample I got from TSD to be basically un-scented.

They make Sandalwood and St. James shaving soap sticks.

I also find it odd that they don't offer shaving soaps in all of their same wonderful creams scents..

I don't think the traditional is unscented, at least that's not what I was told. Supposedly it's a bergamot/lavender trad brit cologne scent.

For the longest time Taylor has only offered the same three choices for a full-sized shaving soap cake. I've only tried their lavender and I find it excellent.

I don't think Taylor will be making any more choices available in the traditional full size cake.

I've heard mixed reviews with these soaps kind of like with the C&S soaps.

Their soaps are superb, you just have to like the fragrances.

Soaps do exactly what is expected. Two scents make it simple but I think the St James shave stick is amazing.

TOBS lavander soap work well. Their sandalwood is a b**ch to lather, and its on the dry side, wouldn't but it again.
