Three of my favourite blades so far, but with slight differences. Please, this is NOT a review, I just want to share my general impression about those blades.
May go-to blade is the famous Feather
Love it and I wish I had tried it before. They are sharp and smooth (unless you apply improper pressure, so to speak....) and I get seven smooth shaves out of each blade, which due to my laziness is very convenient for a weekly blade changing on Saturday morning... Nice weekend start, with a fresh blade.
Expensive? It's 0.04 euro cents per shave. Great value for money!
Then we have Super Iridium
Made in St. Petersburg (as many others) they are sharp and smooth also. But lately I can't get "the" seven shaves out of each blade. On shave #5 the blade is noticeably less sharp, on shave #6 is dull. Don't want to push it further. A great blade, anyway.
Then we have Polsilver SI
For me sharp like a Feather but a bit less and so "smoother". I can get "the" seven shaves out of each blade, though being less sharp than a Feather I have to be more careful. A great shave anyway. A perfect blade for those days when my skin is a bit "sensitive".
All of them are ordinarily used in my EJ DE89 Barley. A great combo for me.
So, three great blades, with slight differences for me. What do you think about? How is your experience?
And, of course, YMMV....
