Lots of razors had "M.I. Germany" instead of "Made in Germany". It fit on the shank.
If your razor has "Presto" on the reverse it was made by Gunther & Co. in Germany. Sunbury is a barber supply that purchased from German manufacturers.
Sunbury Beauty & Barber Supply is still in business today. You could try Googling them for contact information and see if they'd be able/willing to give you any information.

The opposite side has "VER-I-BEST" & a stamp of a boy & girl.
It has "VER-I-BEST" on the scale as well.

Can you post a bigger/better picture of the boy & girl. A boy and girl is an F.W.Engels logo. There are other German manufacturers that use child pairs in their marques.

Yep. It was made for Sunbury by F.W. Engels. In business from 1909 - 1943.
