Summer vs Winter blades

Been doing the DE for a little awhile now (since our warm Chicago spring), finally narrowing down my choice blades, but before I go and buy quantity size order, I started wondering if cold weather time shaving will be different from warm weather time? Meaning my skin be drier than it is now, despite my best efforts to keep it moisturized in the winter, so will my blade choice change? Anyone have to change up blades depending cold winter time conditions compared to their warmer weather shaves? Just thinking too much I guess....

Your prep should (hopefully) mitigate any seasonal climate changes. Adjust your prep to include more moisturizers or less if you have concerns.

You may want to explore blades that are more forgiving to your face but the real solution is good prep and a good, moisturizing balm afterwards.
There are creams and soaps that may moisturize better during the shave.

Lucky Tiger Molle is excellent in the winter. It is a strictly brushless product but it moisturizes so well, you could skip the balm and not suffer.
