Stone Enjoy By IPA Beer

Stone Brewing cares so much about how fresh their beer is, they named one of them after the date they want you to consume it by. We usually don't like people telling us what to do, unless they are telling us to drink "devastatingly fresh" beer. Enjoy By IPA ($8) clocks in at 9.4% alcohol by volume and smacks you in the nose with fresh citrusy floral aromas. The sooner you open it the sooner you get the grassy, resiny hop bite, which is a challenge to even the most experienced hop heads. Stone is rolling it out to different states one batch at a time, and it's pretty clear there's no better time to consume a bottle than now.

Hey Jesse do yourself a favor and try to get in on one of the brewery tours. I think its $4 and it gets you a tour and 4 tasters (and you get to keep the glass). Great deal.

Thanks Gareth, yeah I think we're going to try to check it out (will be with a big group but I think a few of us will branch off to do it). I've done the tour at the original Stone in Escondido and it was pretty cool... BTW, will be coming through TO next month on a weekend trip with some buddies, if we wanted to stop by the shop for shaves how much time do you think we'd need to allow for with 3 people?

I had a pint of the Enjoy By a few weeks ago at a neat little cheese shop in my hometown. Very enjoyable!
