Saw that Specialty Teas is having a 50% off sale now. Although it looks like much of their supply is gone....maybe they are going out of business.

I just checked it out and it seems that this doesn't apply to all of their teas, just some of them. Also, you have to buy in bulk (2 lb qty.) to get the discount. They probably are just trying to get rid of some of the teas that are in abundance. The 2011 spring teas will be here before you know it.

Actually, it appears from my view that the discount applies to anything they have in stock, . I had shopping cart full of about 12 different blacks, greens, whites, roobios is sizes from 1/4lb to 2 lbs. Problem is that there is little in stock/ It also applies to hardware....b/c price was cut in half of a few pots, mugs that I put in my cart. I have not pulled the trigger b/c I fear the stock might be old and they just want to get rid of it...

I hope they are not victims of the Great Collapse. They were my first tea vendor and they helped get me away from teabags.
