WTB Southern Witchcrafts Fougere Nemeta

I am looking to buy or trade for someone’s SW fougere nemeta soap. I have the AS and love the scent. My daughter smelled it on me tonight and said, “It smells like you.”

I have many soaps and splashes to trade. I would make it very worth your while.

Message me if you would like a list of what I have to trade. I have about a dozen unused soaps and half a dozen splashes.

@BanjoDadPDX I can understand why your daughter likes it. Shawn Maher was responsible for creating this fragrance and I do love his work, it is kind of edgy and new wave. I had a small sample that I used up recently. The clean and crisp grassy notes, the lightly floral layers and green the forward scent was so refreshing and addictive. I would Definitely buy a tub of It.

I sure hope you snag one soon Buddy. Top choice.

Thanks! Yeah I’m pretty inafatuated by it. I wrote to SW and Stephen replied that they probably won’t be remaking this one. It’s expensive to make, and it didn’t sell well. That surprised me it seems to be a pretty popular scent.

I think the reason was that it is quite a stark contrast to all the other SW fragrances which though as different as chalk and cheese still share a common thread with their theme etc. It's a pity that they won't be making it. If they did a limited run I would pick up two or three tubs for sure.

If I come across anyone who has it or if I manage to find it with some online retailer, will defy let you know. I'm pretty sure a few of our fellow shavers might have a tub or two to spare.

That’s a good point. It is different for SW. I am not that into most of theirs, though Valley of Ashes is a favorite.

I am fairly certain I have two unused tubs, and new unused bottles of the a/s as well. I fell in love with this scent, used up a whole tub, then bought three of them on the last release lol. My wife does not like it at all, and I have so, SO many other soaps and splashes that I would let them go. But let me get home and double check tonight. I think I also have at least half a bottle, if not more of the EdT.

I follow Wade and Butcher, Youtuber, and his favorites have proven pretty close to my taste, so he has inspired many purchases.
Case in point, my first SW, based on Butcher's review, was Valley of the Ashes. It blew my mind. Inspiration by a novel is brilliant. And what a great scent.

I tried every SW since then, and only one other has pulled toward repeating - Nemeta. I can't get enough of the soap sample's smell. I bought a bottle of the AS soon before it became gone everywhere. I'm going through it quickly. It sure helps when the spouse isn't averse, eh!

Are you open to trades? I have a strong list. Many are unused. I mostly have soaps, but a few AS and other sundries as well.

I hear you on SW, I love them, and have almost everything they have made! Their scents are like nothing else, and the performance still blows me away every time I use it. To be honest, i have so much software, I am trying to downsize, the only things I always have my feelers out for are tallow Tabac, and Irisch Moos. But, I'll shoot you a PM, I think you'll find it to be a good deal!
