gouletpens.com is where I get all my ink/pen/stationary supplies. They have excellent customer service & I haven't had any complaints.
Goulet pens, If you ask nicely you can also get jelly beans!
There are a great many excellent vendors. Along with those already mentioned: isellpens, jetpens, cultpens, anderson pen, artbrown, fahrney, xfountainpen and amazon to name but a few.
Oh, if Parker Blue/black or Black ink is good enough, I know both of my local Staples carries them in-store. I'd look online though, as you'll find many more colors and better prices.
