The Micromatic will take some getting used to. Much more like a str8. Control is even more important than with a DE. 2 passes were all that was needed. I think a third would have reomoved the top layer of skin!

Gillette aftershave gel
I have been using Aqua Velva but I didn't want to cover up the smell of the bayh rum, so I reached for an old tube of Gillette aftershave gel that doesn't have a very strong scent. It would have been a great shave, except for my blade seems to be getting dull and I had to do a lot more touch ups than normal. I think I am going to try another Derby blade but not cork it this time.
