With just a couple of str8 shaves done that have turned out pretty good at this very early point, I've bought a shavette to take along when I travel.
The razor is very simple to use, and I see no problem here. My question is about putting in the blade. Again this is very easy, and I can do it. I'm just wondering about the correct way to put the blade in. I had thought there would be tabs to line the blade up with. The red holder that came with the razor doesn't have anything for the blade to hook to or line up with.
Could any member who has experience with the shavette tell me the correct manner of getting the blade in?
Or is it just a matter of preference as to how much of the blade is exposed? I do see that you can have just a bit of the blade edge exposed, or you can have much more.
