Soap container?

I remember reading that you guys were using Anchor Hockings bowls with lids. Which product is it and how much are they? I'm not interested in using the disposable Tupperware jobs.

I have some good screw lid containers that are 6oz, but they are often too narrow to fit a soap without shaving it down. I'm tired of disfiguring my soaps and not having room to lather.

It'd be something like this. You can find them, or something very much like them, at Walmart, Target, or any similar store. Usually, they come 4, 6, or 8 to a set, and should cost $2/bowl or something along those lines.

It's a set of all the same size? Thanks for your reply, Mr. Igg.

I use corningware french white 16 oz I buy in K mart store for $3 there you have room for your lather , is a beautifull bowl of ceramic stone , I prefere
this bowl than the conventional bowl or mug for having , they no have space for make the rotation with the brush

I got some metal containers with screw-on lids from West Coast Shaving. They're cheap and the perfect size.

How about these 0.25L Petite Casseroles made by Le Creuset. Picked them up at T.K.Maxx in the UK for £4.99 each. Slightly expensive and not for travel, but nicer than a plastic pot and cheaper than buying soap in a wooden bowl. "Stoneware" not the usual heavy iron used for their pots and pans.
