Should I grab this one?

I poked around an antique shop today and found a nice looking straight in a locked case. It said J.R Torrey on the case and was American made. The scales were black plastic and the blade looked good with no nicks or significant wear. It was priced at $20. Should I go back tomorrow and grab it? I have a freshly honed straight coming from HLS to learn to shave with on the way. Would the Torrey be a candidate for restore or should I use it to practice honing on? Well, first things first. I need to learn to shave with a straight before moving to the next level.

torreys are great, good steel and stay sharp, great price- i would not use it for a practice razor though, its a keeper
