Well, I'm a little over a week into my straight shaves, and it's going better than I had hoped for...
Today was my first near, almost, perfectly BBS shave, with no weepers or nicks anywhere. I was finally able to reproduce the quality of my shaves with DEs and SEs.
Today's shave was with a really sweet George Wostenholm 5/8 I got here on the BST. Today's chore was to work on technique and the use of my left hand. Coming along, slowly, but better every day.
I have a lot more to learn and improve with my technique, but the shaves are what it is all about and I honestly thought it would take a lot longer to get decent shaves with a straight.
