Run a search of the forums and you will find a decent thread on wear to get shaving supplies and associated items in DC. Try searches for threads I started. It should be fairly obvious which it is.
Rodman's on Wisconsin Avenue (the other two Rodman's stores have virtually nothing) may have the best selection in the DC area of shaving supplies, brushes, etc. at a range of prices. Excellent collection of scents, too.
Check back if you cannot find the thread or are looking for something in particular.

Thanks a lot, everyone.
GL is directly across L Street from the DC AOS, as I recall. I have not been that excited by either and they seem expensive, but I applaud their efforts!
If ever you find yourself in Charlottesville, VA this looks like the place to go!

They're insanely expensive. My wife bought me a hot lather shave for Christmas the year before ($50.00, here in Atlanta.) When I went to redeem it, the store was closed.
I had to send the card in to get a gift certificate (kind of a hassle,) but they sent me some wonderful samples ( a HUGE box) and I got a big tub of trumpers sandalwood cream, among other things. 
+1 on this. cstrother knows a good deal when he sees one and I checked Rodman's out on his advice. Good stuff to be had there.
