Semogue 2011 LE Bristle 1 (boar)

I have had this brush for a few months now and it has not broken in nearly as much as the Bristle 2 (which is a very nice brush). Does, or did anyone else have an unusually long wait for this brush to break-in? Does it ever get "there"? I see some splaying of tips, but I can't say that most have split yet.

Any thoughts?

I found it to be slow also, but it helped a lot when I started to hand lathering it twice a day.
My bathroom is quite dry, so it dried up between the lathering - no issues there.

I had some issues with it, taking too long to break in, hogging lather.. I gave up but from what I hear, it does get "there" after a while.

I punted mine and got the Badger 1 instead. I'm much happier with the badger.

they take about 36 hours to fully dry

It's hard for me to understand how the LE size 2 can be such a good brush, then 5mm lower down in loft, the size 1 is such a pain in the ***.
