very simple but does the job. i'd love to find something more artistic. i orded 3 just so i didnt pay $3 shipping for a $1.00 item. my plan as of now is to PIF the other two as i suspect one of these will last me quite a long time.

Indeed. The things were free back in the day.
if you search "blade bank" on ebay you'll find a lot of those political banks ranging from $24-$70 a set. they are shown as "1936" and from Listerine. prolly a promo item back then. just makes them that much cooler!
