Sappo Hill Soaps

Have been using Sappo Hill almond soap I found at Omaha's Whole Foods, and have been impressed. Did a search here, found it, and tacked onto a post which ended up being in the shaving soap section. Am impressed enough to recreate it here! The almond is a very nice, glycerine, spice scented soap which complements my TOBS sandalwood cream nicely. Sappohill.com lists a number of "flavors", some unscented. The soap is a 3.55 ounce hockey puck which sells retail here for $1.99. They also produce a sandalwood that I am going to get to sample. Only down side is a $15.00 minimum order, which means at their site price you are going to end up with 8 or 9 pucks. I would add that it has been reviewed here as a shaving soap, and the consensus is that it is not a shaving soap. What it is is an inexpensive, nicely done bath/hand soap. I have been noticing disclaimers lately, so I will add that I have no affiliation with Sappo Hill; just a very satisfied consumer.

I too thoroughly enjoy Sappo Hill soaps. I have only tried the unscented oatmeal soap, as fragrant soaps don't do well with my skin. But for a simple glycerin based soap, it is an excellent choice. Very affordable.
