Do a search for 'decants' in the cologne section here, there are a half dozen or so companies out there who could help you out.

Contact G. F. Trumpers for their sample pack. Nominal cost for nice goodies! And you can specify which particular samples you would want to be sure were included. Just noticed someone has a new thread in "markets and shopping" about it! Also look at "sticky" titled sample request emails under same section.
