Does anyone have the sadleback notepad? My satchel gets delivered today and I'm on the fence about getting the small notepad to go with it.

I have one, but from back in the day when there was only one size, to hold a letter-sized notepad. I think it's been redesigned since then, but I quite enjoy my one.
Like all SB products, the leather is thick and the stitching sturdy ... which may make the smaller notepad a bit unwieldy.

I've got the same one. The Pad Folio in Chestnut. I use it all the time. It's quite well made.
Tobacco for me. (Odd, since I don't smoke.)
LOL it is still a good colour though. I would most like order something in Tobacco if I decided to drop that cash for some quality leather bags.
Tobacco is Saddleback's best color in my opinion. I think it patinas better than any of the others.
It's on my shortlist. A friend of mine has one and raves about it.
The weird thing about the chestnut is it looks more red in the photgraphs but more brown in real life.
