Rotation Or Like An Old Pair Of Shoes?

I have read a lot about items in rotation used by many here. I am just curious if everybody rotates everything or if y'all have a few items that just fit like an old pair of shoes and you just stick with them.

For instance, I am pretty much an old shoe guy except for straight razors. I am pretty new here and to tradition shaving, but I tend to find something I like and stick with it. My kit is:

DE razor - Merkur 38HD C/Merkur 46 C for travel
Pre Shave Oil - tried a couple, settled on Taconic
Shave cream - AoS sandalwood, first one I tried and I like it. I have tried Trumpers in a trial size - did not like it.
Shave soap (travel) - Tabac - great protection & stick travels easily
After shave - AoS sandalwood balm or Tabac balm depending on which cream/soap I use.
Razor blades - Personna Lab Blues. Tried a couple others then found joy with the blues.
Straight razors - I have a rotation of 3 here.

How about you. Are you a rotation person, a wear the old shoe person or a mix?

No official rotation but rather a "What sounds good today?" There are 6 or 7 razors on the shelf in the den. They get used as the mood strikes. And then every once in a while, one of them will get put away and I'll grab something out of storage to replace it.

I rotate software more than hardware. I enjoy soaps and aftershaves most.

I have many favorites, but when I feel a certain razor or soap feeling 'lonely" I'll pull it out and use it. Yes, certain razors are like old shoes, but I love the variety of using different things.

Only rotate my razors and brushes! i only have two soaps and one brand of DE blades.
