Rolls Sharpening in Ottawa?

Is there anyone in Ottawa that sharpens Rolls Razor blades to shave readiness?

Picked one up recently, and would like to try the whole 'straight on a stick thing'... but the built-in strop and hone aren't cutting the mustard...
