Respect the Shave. Respect the DE. A lesson learned

Today I was in a hurry. I use a Feather in a Merkur Futur.
I'd just like to say that if you are in a hurry, slow down.
Now I have to skip shaving tomorrow to let my face heal from the few minor nicks and one major nick. *sigh* the worst part is I know better.
Respect the shave. Respect the DE. Take your time. That's what it's all about. Enjoying the shave.

What bugs me the most is that I know better. I've been doing this long enough to know not to make that mistake.
It doesn't help to be reminded everytime I look in the mirror!

That's why when i am in a hurry...sorry to say this but i pull out my M3 a couple times a month...
