Depending on how elaborate you want to be, Levenger has heavy 3X5 card stock that can be personalized, and they have matching envelopes. I don't think they carry the fold over kind of cards anymore though.

I think the single sheets have an elegant quality to them over the fold overs myself, Ill have to look into the levenger cards for all the thank you letters ill be writing next next year, well if this year is any indication ill have about 500 thank you letter, as well as 1000 apology ones
