Question about Old Type

Do all of the Old Type Gillette have serial numbers? Are all of the razors that have the "bullets" on the bottom of the head Old Types?

No, they don't all have serial numbers. All old types have bullets in the head, but not all razors with bullets in the head are old types. Some are "new improved". The new improved razors have a flat bottom plate with teeth curving down, whereas the old types have a curved bottom plate.
