Was about to make an order for a puck of vetiver shaving soap from QCS $15 for the puck $45 for the shipping? I think not Can't justify $60 for a puck of soap. That's what I get for being on the wrong side of the pond .

$45 to ship to Scotland? Boy, I don't think Martin de Candre costs that much to ship. Maybe that's a mistake. Try sending Matt an email. Maybe it's just an error.

Send an e-mail. Unless Matthew stopped offering USPS First Class, it should be much cheaper. I've had two orders at QCS, each consisting of one full size soap or cream, one shampoo bar and one set of samples (soap or cream). On both, shipping has been around 15 USD (USPS First Class).

Just came on to say I had emailed Matt and he sorted the problem but you beat me too it $17 is much better than $45. Going to wait till I can order the vetiver and Vostok together to take the postage cost per puck down a bit.

Awesome choices, the vetiver & vostok are two I will always keep on hand. I use the croaps but have tried the soaps and like them too.

And a big +1 to trying the ASB, especially the Vostok! Lately I have been mixing it with my favorite splashes (Proraso splash & Vostok ASB is my go to now) and loving it.

Today I received my custom order of unscented soap from QCS. I wish that unscented soap and cream were part of their regular product line, because it was a bit expensive, but I still appreciate that Matthew was willing to handle this special request. I'll be test-lathering with it tonight and shaving with it tomorrow.
