On 'street shaver tip 3' the 2nd paragraph it mentions this. I previously read this ages ago, but forgot.

I will have to try this out next time I shave (probably Sunday evening or Monday)

I do this on my neck and it works quite well. I can't get BBS any other way there because the contours of my neck make it too hard to shave ears to nose. If I push the skin toward the blade, it pushes it out so my blade can easily hit all the spots it needs to.
