So I've been using KMF cool mint for years now. I've tried lots of soaps and creams and it's my favorite. For thos that have tried both, which do you prefer?

I have both and I personally don't have a preference either way, both are excellent summer time (for me at least) creams.

Thanks pebcak, I'll have to pick up a tube and give it a shot.
Just as a heads up, the two creams are nothing alike scent wise. Proraso has a wonderful in your face menthol kick

That's actually what I'm looking for. I love KMF cool mint but would like more mint.
Prorasso is more earthy than minty, FYI. Great fresh scent, and a solid menthol kick. Excellent cream all around

I think proraso is much better than KMF cool mint. I get better shaves with proraso plus it is much more cooling

Thanks a lot guys. Just placed an order for a tube of proraso. One question, it says new formula, what's the difference between new and old?
You should try Dettol Cool and Godrej Menthol Mist. Both are great performing creams that have that cool sensation. Personally I think Godrej Menthol Mist has a way stronger cooling effect than Proraso/Bigelow.
Godrej Menthol does not get the recognition it deserves. Great cream, VERY easy to lather and very cooling as stated above. I still prefer Bigelow to it and KMF.
Try it! You won't be disappointed, but even if you are it's not a huge monetary risk. FWIW, the KMF is a clean mint whereas the proraso has an earthier and more in your face mint, along with eucalyptus. While I like the KMF scent just fine, the proraso scent is really magical.
