Maggard razors has some. Sow some on eBay too
Coupla people on ebay have some, razorhandles.de is another source.
Imperial shave used to have some, so did classic shaving.
The superior shave used to - not sure if they still do though.

I went to the superior shave website last week intending to look to see if he still had them. Never got that far. Distracted by all the pretty razors and stones and stuff
