Pork consumtpion and facial hair?

I DO NOT WANT TO OFFEND ANYONE HERE!

Is there a correlation between eating pork and facial/body hair? For example, Muslims and Jews don't eat pork and for the most part, especially those in the Middle East, they have very dense beards. Most Asian countries don't have people with much hair and pork is widely eaten amongst Asians (Chinese, Korean, Thai, etc.) Additionally, I am Italian, from the southern region, and I also noticed during my travels in Italy that Northern Italian men aren't as hairy as Southern men, additionally, pork is eaten much more up north than it is in the south, where a Mediterranean diet is the cuisine.

What are your thoughts?

Uh, clearly you have never been to an Arkansas pig roast. It's like being at a ZZ Top convention.

Something tells me that this might be genetic, not diet based.

I'm not a Dr. but I did stay at a holiday inn express last night.

If there were any correlation between heavy pork consumption and less body hair I'd look like Mr. Clean by now.
