PolSilver SUPER IRIDIUM wrapper

I looked inthe wrapper of the PolSilver silver blade and saw a diagram of what looked like the Gillette Sensor double edge blade with one blade over the other. I'm taking it that this was an add for other POLSILVER razor blades?

Dare I suggest a DE blade cut in half and flipped to face in the same direction ?

Yes, Gillette is using the inner wrapper of one of their best DE blades to promote a disposable two blade razor, the "Polsilver Swing".

Just another move by Gillette to try to move folks from DE to the much more profitable disposables.

It is going on in some form in every market that Gillette is in.

The Shanghai made Super Gillette Blue blades also have a cart ad inside the wrapper.
I think the Indian made 7 O'Clock Super Platinum may also have and ad but I'm not sure.

Opened a new pack of Polsilver blades. The blades came only in the inner wrapper, there was no outher wrapper anymore.

BUT: the most important thing was that the blades had only TWO gluespots. The shave was like I know it from the Polsilver blade. So I'm really sure that these were not fake blades.

I suspekt, that the people who felt annoyed by the four gluespots have been heard by P&G and ZAO St. Petersburg...??

Anybody else noticed that? Are there other brands from St. Petersburg factory, that do come with 2 gluespots and without the outher wrapper?
