Please help

Could someone help out and let me know if this is worth restoring as you can see from the photos it does have a nick in the blade about 1.5mm long and a 1m high will this be a waste of money to try and find someone to restore it for me. And if you have any info on this item it would help.

I'm not a straight razor guy yet, but I do own knives and swords. That looks fixable to me.

A honemeister will have little trouble with that so restore away.

That is definitely fixable.. and can probably just be honed out. Worst case it will be a small regrind but still doable.

Easily fixable with a bit of time, looks like a decent razor, sheffileds are harder to hone ime but give better shaves for it.

Yes do have that fixed. It will make a fine shaver.

You will lose a little size to get that chip out. Doesn't look bad and there are some very talented restorers who do a great job out of pretty much anything.

It's a minor nick and will come out easily by an experienced honemeister.
