Please help identify Pu-erh tea tag

Hi,

Please help identify this 5kg Pu-erh cake. I took this from my father in-law in Kula Lumpur Malaysia. He claims he had it in storage for 5+ years and I recall last time he visited China was in 2000. Please help identify the brand name (Chinese and English) of the raw Pu-erh tea. It tasted very very refreshing all the way down to the chest and there is none of the green fresh taste (Sorry for the bad description). And Yes, its 5 kg. I had this in my backpack for carry on (travel by myself), Singapore Airport authority give me a hard time for the overweight carry on. Because I have another Tong (7 disc@ 357g) of the cooked Pu-erh and some Yixing pots. I sacrificed all my other procession including clothing just to bring the tea back to HK. Thanks in Advance.
