Due to generosity if others a pif is in order.

Rules:
10-50 Post with a join date before 2/15/2013. I will vary on the post count a few if you want in I am just trying to target people that need a set. If you are without a set to shave with I will also accommodated that, just say "I have no set". All active military service can post also. If you want to participate please post I am in.

The set:
Gillette Slim Twist
100t Ever Ready Boar-Like new , but you will need to keep the puck close by. Or a great candidate for re-knot.
Blade samples 10 or more.
Some soap.
Small Bottle of Grey Flannel
And a spoiler, we will see.

PM ends Monday morning 2/18. I will not have much time so please post "I am in" or "I have no set" . I am under the caommand of SWMBO all weekend and will not read thread other than to write names down and throw the dart.

I have never tried a DE and this sounds like a great PIF! I have too many posts, but if you want to make an exception for a neighbor (North Alabama here) I would appreciate it. If not, I wish everyone luck.

I am not in, of course, but I wanted to say you have a fantastic PIF. If the not is falling out, a little silicone will help keep that in. If you want a new knot, Larry at whippeddog sells them at a good price.

Sure, you are in the pif, what are you into SE or straights? One thing Tennessee has is neighbors, bordering seven states.

Nice PIF Ron. I AM NOT IN. Just wanted to say I think it's great that you are helping new guys. I found a supply of Burma Shave brushes for under 5 bucks and keep a nice stock of VdH soap. I start them off making lather and shaving with what they already use. I've started at least 8 so far. I know cause that's how many brushes I've bought. I need to pick up more. I gave my last one to one of my nephews this evening.. GOOD LUCK NOOBS...and Happy Shaves !!!
