So. SWMBO finally indicated that the shaving den and acquisition disorder needs to come under control. One of my life goals is to remain (happily) married to this wonderful woman. So in celebration of wonderful women, this PIF is simple:

The lucky winner will get all these, all in, CONUS shipping only:

- Klar Kabinett- 250g bar
- Mystic Water- Lilac
- Stirling- Sharp Dressed Man
- Stirling- Scots Pine
- Stirling- Barbershop
- Frankensoap- Haslinger + Klar
- Mystery Soap
- Various samples

Today is Feb 17, I will announce the winner by ~Feb 20.

Domino from "Thunderball".

She's the most beautiful Bond Girl IMO. Plus I think I was about 14 the first time I saw the movie (or really paid attention to it) - she had a "there's just something about her" quality...still makes me say "have mercy" to this day...

Unrelated: Kim Basinger played the same role in the unofficial remake of "Thunderball", "Never Say Never Again".

Nice PIF! I have too many soaps already, but I'm still going to play. I have to say Vesper/Eva Green from Casino Royal. I love brunettes, but just as importantly she's smart. She pretty and sexy, but not the obvious bodacious bond girl sexy.

Very nice PIF and I'm in as well.

Britt Eckland playing Mary Goodnight from The Man with the Golden Gun. Not only is she hot, she's hot enough to be played by Charlize Theron in the story of Peter Sellers life. She got to be Bond's girl in more than one way by being married to Sellers (The Seller's Casino Royale for the connection) but also getting to actually be a fun Bond girl.

"Yes James, you bloody well would!"

I'm going to say "MayDay" from A View to a Kill.

I chose her because, let's be honest, I'm trying to stand out from the crowd and win my first PIF. I figured nobody else is going to pick her.....

(Mu true favorite is ***** Galore for all the right reasons!)

PM sent!

personally for me

Lois Maxwell as Moneypenny
something incredibly hot about a woman that is smart & doesn't succumb to Bond's flirting

PM sent.

Has been said already, but, Jane Seymour as Solitaire. She will/is always be Solitaire for me.

Plus, Live And Let Die had SO much for me, at that age:

Solitaire (enough said)

Sheriff Pepper

Voodoo

Did I say Jane Seymour?

awesome PIF and I hear ya on the wife. My gf says my obsession with this was becoming an issue. lol

(1) State your favorite Bond Girl
who else, Halle Berry, Die another Day.

(2) Explain why she's the best
After having Denise Richards, hot but so dull, a few years before I was hoping they up the game on the female characters and for a Bond movie character development should be decent, this isn't some Jean Claude Van Dam film.

(3) Be creative; don't be lame

It's Halle Berry. love these lines:
James Bond: What are you, CIA?
Jinx: NSA. Hello, we're on the same side.
James Bond: Doesn't mean we're after the same thing.
Jinx: Sure it does. World peace, unconditional love, and our little friend with the expensive acne.

***** Galore - Goldfinger.

1) Her name is pretty stellar
2) She was a pilot "a damn good pilot"
3) She knows Judo
4) She has her own flying circus
5) She flies, among other planes, a Lockheed Jetstar. One of the coolest aircraft ever.
6) There is a Sean Connery shaving scene in the movie where he has his homing device hidden in what looks to be a Gillette adjustable(Im new and learning - not positive) and after his shave, ***** comes up to him and rubs her gun on his face and says "You like a close shave, don't you"?

favorite Bond movie, favorite Bond girl.

Not in but just wanted to say this is a very cool PIF. Good luck to all and a pre-emptive congrats to the winner

I'm in! Long time Bond lover!
(1) State your favorite Bond Girl
Tiffany Case
(2) Explain why she's the best
She has attitude. She’s sassy, impromptu, and always looks out for herself. Plus, she slept with Bond in the aquarium/tub.
(3) Be creative; don't be lame
Diamonds Are Forever is set in Vegas. VEGAS. It Includes a hotel tub that doubles as an aquarium, Tiffany Case, the theme song retouched by Kanye, two awkward as hell bad guys, a girl named Plenty O'Toole, and the line "That's quite a nice little nothing you're almost wearing." The opening with the theme song is the epitome of Bond openings: nudity and a relevant song to the movie.

2nd place for me would go to Solitaire from Live and Let Die... Absolute favorite all around Bond movie.

It's interesting to read what everyone else has been posting as well!

I'm in.
I can do numbers 1 & 2, but can't guarantee this isn't lame.
1.) Diana Rigg in "On Her Majesty's Secret Service"
2.) She was good enough to make James Bond want to get married!

Diana Rigg aka Tracy in On Her Majesty's Secret Service

1. She already proved her mettle on Avengers
2. She was more famous than her James Bond - George Lazenby
3. The snow scenes
4. Made Bond live up to his commitments and marry her
5. Great and unexpected death scene

Ursela Andress from Dr. No, because you never forget your first.

For me it is Melina from "For Your Eyes Only." I have always been a sucker for long straight hair. And she is a dead shot with a crossbow.

This was a hard decision for me. I thought about Tiffany Case, mainly because Bond wondered what her true hair color is, "provided the collars and cuffs match."

I considered ***** Galore--as a kid I could never understand why they picked that name...

Thought about Solitaire, Jane Seymore just looks classy enough to be a Bond Girl...

The list goes on. By far my favorite PIF!

Rosa Kleb - because I am afraid of what will happen to me if I don't pick her and I'm a sucker for stiletto shoes.

So, any Moneypenny fans? She is the girl in the most Bond flicks. Supposedly Anna Chancellor will be playing the woman the character was modeled on in the pic on Ian Flemming.

Can't PM from work and do not own a computer.

Lana Wood as Plenty O'Toole, from Diamonds are Forever... because, of what enters a room just milliseconds before her lovely face... :001_wub:
