Persona Reds - UK packaging vs. traditional packaging

I've been meaning to ask if there are any differences between the Persona Reds in the UK packaging and the Reds in the regular packaging. I purchased 100 blades in the UK packaging from WCS because it is significantly cheaper. My first question is why are 100 blades packaged in the UK cheaper than 100 blades packaged in Mexico? I've been very happy with the Personas, even with the occasional dud blade. But this packaging and pricing difference is confusing and makes me wonder if they are really the same blade. One reviewer on WCS seemed to indicate that the UK version did not perform as well as the other.

Here's the page for the UK packaging:

Thanks. I thought there had probably been a discussion about this, but couldn't find anything when I searched. One thing, and I don't know if it makes a difference, is that in the plastic UK packages that I received, the actual blades are wrapped in plain white paper. The thread above shows them wrapped in the regular Persona red paper.

They switched the Reds to white inner wrappers in the UK a little while ago - see http://connaughtshaving.com/redpersonna.html

That's reassuring -- I could see how it might cause confusion when something is called "Persona Reds" and there's nothing red about the packaging!
